  • Seamus and his family of Lawrence flew to Hawaii to see a volcano.
  • Adam from Hiawatha went to Bungie Studios to see the production of HALO.
  • Chloe and her family of Salina went to Disney World.
  • A backyard playset for Koal of Winfield.
  • Casey of Valley Center went to California to meet a celebrity.
  • Blake of Bel Aire received an assortment of bowling equipment.
  • MacKenzee of Concordia received her own sensory room.
  • Shana of Wichita went on a sun-filled Caribbean Cruise.
  • Hannah and her family of Coffeyville went to Disney World.
  • Cara of Hutchinson went on an extensive shopping spree.
  • Malakai of Clay Center went on a Disney Cruise.
  • Ross of Wichita received a service dog.
  • Elaney of Eudora visited the Louisville Zoo in Kentucky to be a “Zookeeper for a Day”.

We have had the privilege of granting over 880 wishes since 1985 for children facing life-threatening illnesses all across the state. Children who have wished to meet their favorite celebrities, take a trip to Walt Disney World or to Hawaii or to Alaska, to receive a new computer or playset for the backyard, or be a doctor or a pilot for a day. We strive to bring hope, strength, and joy to Kansas kids each and every day—and with the support of caring individuals and companies from all over Kansas, we will be able to do so for many years to come.

Wish kids love to travel: It is the Make-A-Wish Foundation®’s conviction that a child’s wish should only be limited by his or her imagination. Last year, more than 62 percent of our wishes granted nationwide involved travel.
