I wish to meet...snowboarder Chris Klug.

Conor wished to go snowboarding with professional snowboarder Chris Klug.  He and his family flew from Wichita to Denver and then drove to Aspen, on “wish day” he met with Chris and spent four hours on the slopes snowboarding and getting to know each other. 

Mr. Klug was teaching a snowboarding clinic the following day and invited him to attend.  Conor was ecstatic that he would be able to spend more time with Chris and practice his snowboarding skills.

While Conor was the only one who snowboarded, the rest of his family skied during the wish and enjoyed their time as a family on the slopes.  Conor said that he was inspired by Chris and his dedication to his sport and his health. The entire family is looking forward to watching Chris Klug compete in the winter Olympics!
