Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Kansas serves 99 out of 105 counties in the state of Kansas.

Wyandotte, Leavenworth, Johnson, Franklin, Miami and Linn counties on the Northeast border of the state are served by the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Missouri.
